RosaCelsus is our roséwine, obtained by sangiovese and syrah grapes that grow in Celso area (Fosdinovo, MS). After the stripping and pressing process, the grapes start a short maceration, followed by the drawing off. _At least begin their alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature in steel barrels. The RosaCelsus color is shiny cherry red, with berry flavors. _It tastes soft and fresh with a velvety smooth. RosaCelsus is excellent accompanied by seafood, starters and soups. The suggested temperature to serve it is 10°-12° and its alcohol content is 13°.
