Rosato Toscana IGT  RosaCelsus is made mainly from sangiovese and syrah grapes grown in the Fosdinovo area at 250 meters above sea level. The grapes, after crushing and destemming, undergo a very short maceration with subsequent racking and are sent to temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Rosato Toscana IGT RosaCelsus is bright cherry pink in color and has a fruity aroma with hints of red fruits. The taste is soft, fresh and velvety. We recommend it paired with fish dishes, appetizers and fish soups. Best served at a temperature of 10°-12°, RosaCelsus has an alcohol content of 13°.
